01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this site or place an order.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You must also be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

03Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

04Products, Pricing, and Availability

Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith, but errors do occur. Images are illustrative and may not show the exact item you receive.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description error, to limit the quantity of any item you may buy, and to refuse or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel a paid order for one of these reasons, we will refund the amount you paid for that order.

05Orders and Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It is not acceptance of it.

A contract between you and us is formed only when we expressly accept your order or when we ship it, whichever happens first.

06Pre-Orders

Release dates for pre-order items (each a “Pre-Order”) are estimates supplied to us by manufacturers and distributors. They change often and are outside our control.

Allocations may be reduced, delayed, or not filled at all. We do not guarantee delivery timelines on any Pre-Order.

Placing a Pre-Order authorises payment in accordance with the payment terms below.

09Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you warrant that you are authorised to use that payment method.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, duties, and payment or processing fees, which may be added at checkout or charged separately.

10Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Once we hand a parcel to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Carrier delays, mis-scans, and service disruptions are outside our control.

If a shipment arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as lost, contact us within 7 days of the delivery or last tracking update so we can open a claim with the carrier. Claims raised after that window may not be recoverable.

For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs compliance in the destination country.

11Product Condition and Sealed Product

Sealed product is sold exactly as we receive it from the manufacturer or distributor. We do not open, alter, search, or weigh it.

We make no guarantee as to pull rates, card contents, print runs, or the outcome of any third-party grading submission. Single cards are sold in the condition described on the listing.

12No Investment Advice

Trading cards are collectibles, not securities. Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy for financial gain.

Market values fluctuate, sometimes sharply. We make no representation or guarantee as to future value, resale value, or any return on a purchase.

13Intellectual Property

The content of this site — including text, layout, branding, photography, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Pokémon and all related names, marks, and characters are the property of their respective owners, including The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK Inc. We are an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

14Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• place fraudulent orders, or use a payment method you are not authorised to use;
• misrepresent our products, condition grading, or your relationship to us when reselling;
• scrape the site, or use bots or automated tools to browse, monitor stock, or purchase;
• interfere with the operation or security of the site; or
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

15Third-Party Links and Services

We use third parties for payments, shipping, and other services, and we link to sites we do not control. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or conduct.

16Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost value, arising from your use of the site or any purchase.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, and its staff against any claim, loss, or cost arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

18Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date above governs. Continuing to use the site or place orders after that point means you accept the revised Terms.
