Pre-orders reserve your allocation at today's price. Keep pre-orders in their own order — a mixed order is held until every item in it has released.
Cancelling an order adds a 10% cancellation fee to the original order amount. All sealed TCG items are non-refundable.
Shipping & packing
Free US domestic shipping on orders over $200. Sealed product ships double-boxed where the value warrants it; card orders ship in team bags and toploaders inside a rigid mailer.
If a package is damaged in transit, reach out and we'll make it right.
